I've been hearing the W212 getting launched later part of this year and all, but what abt the E Class cabrio ah?

When is that getting launched ah? Or is it just rumours?

This is the one that is replacing all CLKs right?

Sorry ah ask such qns, tried searching for it in other threads but cannot find ah..
