Dear Bros,

Anyone knows which C&C Service Centre has the most experience mechanic or SE to service of C-Class??

Alexandra, Ubi, or Pandon??

Anyone has good recommendation for any SE or Mechanic for C-Class??

Thank you!!

bro, u just got your car and so fast need to service already??

No lah not servicing...cos my steering seems to making some noises when turning at low speed and parking.

not sure if i should wait till servicing 1 year later or just go and get it fix now. i also worry that problem may get worsen. though the sound is quite soft now.

strange dunno why my C-180 got this problem...other than this, it is still a perfect car!! :)

why not jus call your SE and ask her to fix for you? she can just arrange someone pick your car and check for you?

Yeah... probably will do that, maybe next week or so. :)

Wa.. buy an entry-level mercedes can get pick-up service? :)

Not bad woh.. another plus point for mercedes

Interesting concept they have.. understand sales dept picks up the tab for the pick up expenses, not the service dept. Very convenient.. haven't reached my 1st servicing yet. Can they pick up and drop off at any point? Let's say, pick up at my office, drop off in Orchard Rd?

yeah. i realised from the uncle, there is a specialised pickup and delivery dept. we dun get charged for the pick service, i mean, entry level or not, they are selling mercedes benz, not the common asian mkt car. i guess they are going for service, returning customers and customer introductions when they provide the service for free.

what my se said the last time, locations can be arranged, but i think must have a confirmed location, like address and someone who can takeover the key too. seemed quite confident when i asked if they could drop the car off at NTU, but didn't in the end cause time hard to adjust.

This is good to know. Very convenient indeed. So who do we call when we have to send the car for servicing? Do I just call my SE? Cos she never mention this point to me.

Wow I have never been offered this service. I have to drive the car down and pick it up myself every time, and I've never been given a replacement car or even a ride home, all Mercedes has ever done for me was help me to call a cab O_O How do we get these services? It is my understanding that my SE retired awhile ago.
