Plug&Play Chip for W205 C180

Stanford Ho

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, just got my C180 W205 recently. Love the low-mid end torque. But i feel that it can be pushed a little more to lets say 300nm and up.

Currently looking at the DTE chips from germany, claimed 50nm of torque boost. However im not sure if theres anything

better out there and safer.

And is there any DTE dealer?

Thanks!

Most PnP are around that region and majority, if not all are made within safe limits.

The other option that can yield even more is via ecu tuning and that can yield to the maximum max max max... it this will also yield max wear for all associated parts.

Saw some online from europe that claims P&P type of race chips. Involved removing engine cover and reconnecting some cables. Wonder how effective is that.

ALL reliable P&P have cables where the signals are channelled to/from P&P box & OBC involving AF mixture, boost level, injection volume, etc.

Generally these P&P takes over the function from the OBC with regard to those stuff mentioned above.
