Wheel Rim Alloy scratch by Kerb

Hi,

My 1 week old merc's 18" Amg Alloy Rim Wheel got scratched by a kerb when i am turning corner at a carpark.. Is it of any damage to the wheel bearings? Which workshop help to improve the cosmetic appearance of the damage wheel rim? Where can i get it fixed?
