My reply to daxchin is "keep your money warm in your fixed deposit account!"

Recently the CEO of a local property developer was quoted in the Business Times as saying "if you think it is cheap today, tomorrow it will be even cheaper!".

Read today's Business Times (Wed 19 Nov 2008), there are some interesting articles.
