CLOSED: Stuck single CD player on W211 (2008 model)

Hi all,

 

Need your advise.

 

I have a CD that got stuck when I pressed the eject button, now whenever I select the single CD player, a message appears: "CD error", any advise on how to eject the stuck CD?  Is there like a pin-hole whereby I could poke it with a paper clip and the CD ejects (like we used to do for computer system).

Nope, original CD, been playing it many times over a year.  Would a pirated CD be the cause of the trouble?  Thanks.

Yes, encountered in my other car and was told due to pirated cd becoz of the thickness... things like that..

but not sure if is true.

While holding the eject button, try to use a flat & thin letter opener to help "pry" it out from the bottom of your CD.

Managed to use a paper clip and gently nudge the CD and it works!
