And what exactly is Tt distance ? If I am 1 cm short of that distance how ? And how wud u measure Tt distance ? With a measuring tape ??

Bottomline is drivers jus gotta have their own gd sense of judgement and the car behind jus gotta be courtesy . I ve slowed down many times for cars that signal and wanting to do a lane change . It's a give and take thing .

TP said nothing wrong with the car accelerating even if he saw me signaling . And almost moving in. That's bloody inconsiderate . And as a TP are you outrightly promoting this kinda selfish behaviour ???!!!!!!

This is way beyond points and fine. It's the principle behind what he said is such a complete turn off and definitely not in line with a lawful society like SG .

And the best part was because when he signaled to me to stop by the roadside , we were both on the extreme right lane , I filtered left and he followed too ... And guess wat LOL , traffic was so heavy at Stevens road , he filtered left without a 1 car length coz it was impossible to do so. So he can't walk(drive ) the talk himself LOL . What a joke ......

Does our law & regulations allow such unprofessional way of passing a sentence ? I am honestly quite curious. There's def some proper procedures/protocols u need to do before u can confidently say , yes ! U violated the traffic rules.....

Nowadays white ant are beri kind. I got speeding warning letter, caught speeding at 93km at Tuas (80km) else will be $130 fine and demerit 4points. Anyway, if the officer tell u that wait for letter meaning likely u will get a warning instead of fine. Maybe the officer wants your hp nos?

Tp stopped me for my tinted window and car plate. He noted down my car plate number said only for record purpose and will not give any fine for 1st offence,told me better go rectify within a week else if another Tp spot me will give up fine.

But in the end I still received $140 fines letter....

Sista, do you have the.particular of the TP officer? If you have, go to Ubi to look.for CO TP and ask for explanation. But must make appt first...if got budget, bring a lawyer along....

But if you do.that, be prepared to be harassed........good luck

Changing lane without due consideration to other vehicles is bad, can cause unnecessary accidents or chain collision (sometimes without the culprit knowing it).

It is not a ridiculous reason in my opinion.
