2. Tried to reverse back and almost hit cyclist behind

3. Left gear in reverse and almost drove off in reverse

IMHO :

- New driver, 1st time driving this car, not used to this car's size, not able to judge distance correctly. 

- Driver from foreign left hand drive country, not used to the opposite driving position.

- Drunk driver.

We missed out one possibility. Last drove during Driving Test and that's is maybe 5-10years ago and now then drive?

To brush against barriers/buses is very atypical driving behavior..
