Please advise... what to perform/prepare for track day?

Also, after track day any recommendation for vehicle maintenance and follow ups?

My ride is with C&C.

Need to budget for vehicle preparation, maintenance as well as get the pocket extinguisher ready... if you know what I mean?

The standards is to top up engine oil, radiator coolant, check brake fluid.

The extra and optional is

U can tape up your whole bumper or wax it thickly ,

this is becos if theres a lot of cars using the track at the same time the burn rubbers from the tire will stick to your bumper and quite difficult to remove and clean.

Even on your way on the highway theres alot of "flying stones" and will create chip marks on your car.

On the track dont force yourself during some of the turns. or u will go into the "stones pool"

(I forgot which turn and the actual name of the "stone Pool")

If u happen to go into the "Stone Pool" remember,

DO NOT try to high rev your car out of it, or u will end up deeper into the stones and the flying stones will also create alot of damage on your car body.

Nothing much to do after the track.

of all the scary stories i heard, make sure your wheels are properly torqued to spec,

Hack! If u are really hardcore on the track, bring a tyre pressure monitor and a torque wrench

Track driving encourages plenty of wear and tear especially on your brake pads and tyres. In addition to what the bros have suggested in previous replies, I would suggest you bring your car back to your regular workshop and give it a once over if you have pushed your car really hard on track.

Do bear in mind that a stock vehicle is fitted with brake pads that are suitable for normal road use and excessive braking under high speed and high temperature induced conditions can dramatically reduce the braking ability of your car as the normal brake pads are unable to withstand high temperatures for long periods of time. It is also encouraged that you check your stock discs as the same exposure to high temperature and insufficient cooling can cause stress cracks to form.
