Just called Ah Poh, and basically he can do this for your pre-FL W204. He quoted SGD1400 (thereabouts) for the job. Includes painting and installation, all in.

Pay him a 50% deposit, and he'll work on existing W204 bonnets that he has, and modify to resemble the AMG bonnet (you can also do the Black Series bonnet, cost abit more). Then you drive in and he will just swap out your original bonnet for this bonnet.

 

He keeps your old bonnet, so that when the next customer comes along, he'll use yours to prepare and swap out with the next customer. Hope this clarifies. Good system I think, in terms of efficiency. Although some people might feel more comfortable modifying their own existing bonnet for personal reasons.
