  something is down again on this w211, the passenger side front door, is unable to unlock via keyless, but able to lock, do i need to change the whole door handle? so far quite a number of things had done up already... just went to change both the tie-rod end assembly....feeling the pinch....

Could probably just be the locking mechanism pin. I resprayed my door last Friday and they had to remove the handles. When they installed it back, they missed a "pin", same issue as yours.

the journey with this W211.... its good.... things that done recently...

 

 1. 4 X brake disc n pads changed...

2. refreshing of Aircon 

3. steering rack changed.

4. headlamps changed...

 

we have no complains so far... 

 

seeking help from bros here... anyone encounter this before? after doing the aircon refresh, the aircon doesnt seem to be cold as per last time. we used to keep the temp set on 24. but after this refresh, we have to set to 23, to get the coldness... is it due to software?

same issue as mine, go top up the air-con gas...

Seem same for my W211, after Aircon Flushing , slight not as cold and got  intermittent hissing sound.  Think of trying to chk/top up gas.

Whenever there is hissing sound and also the need to top up gas, the cooling coil is leaking. Especially if car is more than 6 years old.

 

Aircon is a sealed system, gas should not leak out or " evaporate".

Change Arb?  More likely bushing problem.

The bush in the anti roll bar cannot be taken out and change. You have to change the whole bar that comes with the bushes. Not expensive for the sway bar. S$100 plus only.
