Try their Ginseng Chicken, it's good. Usual price is something like $25, it is going for $16 on Monday.

Dont forget the premium raw beef stone rice. Wonderful...

The Oasis Taiwan porridge at toa payoh garden, the cold tofu is too salty otherwise not too bad round the corner at lor5 hawker center have plenty of good food to eat, CTK 2 stalls side by side, both quite good, behind is the fishball noodle but the hokkien mee standard drop liao at lor7 hawker center got ah chuan orh luak, good stuff but the simon road kopi shop is better.

petite au salut...heard its not very expensive but need at least 1 week advance reservation. pasta brava has got very good osobuco and lobster pasta. heard the canteen at shaw center is going to open again, not sure when though, reasonably priced good food previously

Au Petit Salut is very popular for it's lunch set menu. Authentic french fare. Fresh produce treated with respect. Lurrrrve them escargots and lobster bisque.

La Strada - not very impressed with the food and pricing although the service was pretty good. Just found it mediocre.

Valentinos @ Rifle Range - I like this one. Tucked away on Jalan Bingka off Rifle Range Rd. Steak Fiorentina is one of my faves. Medium rare meat served on a bed of arugula. Yummy. Ask for seasonal items. I'm hoping they bring back pumpkin ravioli. The flavours are truly delightful. Smooth pumpkin filling with some grated nutmeg cooked al dente... lau chwee nua

Relish - Not impressed with their $20 burgers. Food quality not justifiable for the price. I get better satisfaction off a Ramly.

Lobster noodles - dude this dish here is awesome! Tender lobster paired with noodles in superior stock. Their roast pork (siew yoke) also shiok. Served with a side of mustard..... Wasabi prawns - perfectly fried and lightly coated with wasabi mayo
