Can CLS Rims fit W212 Sedan?

Recommended Posts

Need help to check if Stock Rims and Tyres from 2013 CLS can go into 2011 E Class Sedan (w212).

Appreciate all advice. Thank you.

Front alloy wheels         Back alloy wheels         Tyres (front)          Tyres (back)

E Class Sedan    18x8.5" ET48               18x9.0" ET54               245 / 40 / 18         265 / 35 / 18

CLS                  18x8.5" ET34.5            18x9.5" ET48              255 / 40 / 18          285 / 35 / 18

The front may or may not rub against or jug out of the fender - fitting test will know!

The rear wheels likely no problem.

If you use the rims, make sure you have the right size of tyres for your E Class.

Also take note by taking the CLS rims, you have alter the track of your E Class.

How much it will affect your handling - I dunno!

Thanks for your swift reply, kepiting1sg...

I was told by the guy who's selling the CLS rims that I could use the stock staggered tyres set-up for E Class Sedan on the CLS rims - use 245 x  40 x 18 and 265 x 35 x 18

Will this work?

That should be the right tyre sizes for E Sedan W212 on 18" rims.

Best before you buy, go for fitting test first and ensure that it doesn't rub or jug out of the fenders front & rear.
