Event: Traction Circle Club Track Day

Venue: Sepang Int'l Circuit

Date: Monday, 11th August 2008

Time: 09:00 to 17:00 hrs

Dear Members,

TCC is pleased to announce our Trackday at Sepang International Circuit on Monday 11st August 08. The trackday is divided into two sessions:

Regular Trackday - 9am to 1pm (4hr)

- There will be a 5-lap CCT from 12.30 to 1pm for members with at least 3 TCC Track day experience

- Limited to 70 cars

Trackday fees per driver (Regular Trackday):

TCC members:

Early bird rate S$170

Regular Rate: S$250

:thumbsup:Track Experience Special - 2pm to 5pm (3hr)

- Open only to newbie with 5 or less TD experience.

- Limited to 30 participants

- Max of 10 cars on track at any one time

Trackday fees per driver (Track Experience Special):

TCC members:

Regular Rate: S$250

Experienced track guides will be on hand to orientate and coach newbies on lines, braking point, steering and pedal control, etc. Estimate guide to participants ratio of 1:3 or 1:2.

Notes:

- All fees are PER DRIVER.

- On-day signups will NOT be accepted.

Transponder rental:

Early bird transponder rental fee: S$30 (S$50 deposit applies for transponder on trackday itself)

Regular transponder rental fee (subject to availability): S$50 (S$50 deposit applies for transponder on trackday itself)

**Please bring SGD currency for transponder fees and deposit.

To enjoy the early bird rate, please sign up on Sat, 2nd Aug 08, between 1-3pm at Exklusiv Building at 7 Ubi Close, #01-00 (corner of Eunos Link and Ubi Ave 3)

Please write your NRIC, Name, Cellphone no. and "11th Aug 08 Trackday" on the reverse of the cheque. Also indicate what the additional fees are for, e.g. subscription fees, transponder etc

Things to send together with cheque:

* Membership form to be properly filled up (if you are a new member)

Regular rate trackfee payment via cheque cut off date is 8th Aug 08 (if places are still available at the 11th Aug 08 event)

Registration details:

Registration, Safety Brief and Collection of driver tags, will be held at the Media Centre, Level 2, Sepang Circuit. Members are to bring the TCC Membership Card, for 2008 validation and registration.

Registration begins at 8am, closes at 845am SHARP for first session

Registration begins at 1pm, closes at 145pm SHARP for second sesson

Late-comers will not be entertained nor there refunds. This is so as not to unfairly disadvantage the majority who has attended the safety brief and driver orientation. Members who have registered, please proceed immediately for the safety brief so that you can receive your driver tags after it.

All registrants are deemed to have read and agree to the terms under our website’s FAQ pertaining to:

Causing damages to Sepang property, Transponder rental and Track fees rollovers.

Just got back from this event! It was Great cos only 21 cars only, it's like your very own personal trackday! 1 mentor to 2 members.

Next newbie trackday is 9th Sept (Tuesday) please put on your calender. I suggest sgmerc join this event, since we can't get 50 members to booked the entire track to ourselves!
