spencer, i think your browser is blocking javascript since the "quote" feature uses javascript to run. can you check if it's turned off?

Did you managed to get a reply from CnC and Diamler?

 

I also had a terrible experience when I last sent my car for service in Alexandra.  When I collected my car, there was a dent on the car, a chip on the rim and a cut on the tire.  As the SA who attended to me was not around, I highlighted the issues to another SA.

 

It was much later then I got a call from the SA who attended to me.  He promised he will get the dent and the chip repaired but till date I have yet to hear from him.

 

Could you please pm the contacts for CnC and Diamler?

 

I would like to provide my feedback too.

Bro, my SE call up the manager at pandan this morning, and just the SA called me to send in the car tomorrow and get it done for me.

Anyway this morning i also emailed to Diamler at [email protected]
Maybe you can give it a try.
