1st servicing at C&C

I finally did my 1st servicing at C&C a few weeks ago. Cost me over $300. Not happy at all. I was unhappy that they didnt call me before proceeding to change what they wanted to change. I.e wheel balancing and even topping up the fluid for the wiper.

Lesson learnt. Instruct the guy at the counter to give you a call before they proceed with their proposal.

how much is the wheel balancing and topping up the fluid for the wiper?

If I remember correctly, its the labour that kill. Cost about $100. Fluid is charged by per litre or ml about $5-$7.  I cant remember clearly. Invoice is in the car.

Give your SA a buzz and inform him/her about the juddering problem. You will be asked to drive in and they will polish your windscreen and that's all it takes, but be prepared to spend half a day there for this service.

Cheers!

Bro, the standard Service/Repair Agreement by C&C (item 1 of "Notification & Confirmation")** that you sign when you send in your car by default authorizes them to carry out works on your ride (as long as do not exceed $3,210) without checking with you... do remember to pen down your instructions on the S/R Agreement coz that will prevent any dispute and can potentially save you tons of dough.

Actually you can specify if you not want tyre rotation or top up fluid in the addition instructions when you do your online booking. I just did my 45K servicing. Cost ard $450. Took ard 1/2day and they washed and polished my car till gleaming! Too bad it rained when I drove out.

Overall quite reasonable. The killer will be 60K servicing. Was informed it will cost more than $2K and to leave car for 2 days.

Yeah it shouldn't be that expensive unless it increased price i did my 15k and it cost me abt 388

My 15k service bill:
