Spare tyre

Just out of curiosity, anyone driving without their spare tyres?

If you have a flat would you change your tyre along the road??

I think I'd either 1) scream 2) strip 3) kneel until someone comes to rescue the damsel in distress lol

 

But seriously though, changing tyres along the road isn't the safest thing to do right...

My current car doesn't have a spare tyre and my previous five cars also did not have spares.

I just bought a tyre inflator for my MOF.... So that she can feel safe....come Jan I will get my very own chauffeur

Here is the procedure

1) without jacking it

2) use the spanner jerk the nuts - 5 times

3) then jack it

4) unscrew the nuts by hand

5) change to the spare

6) screw it back, tight by hand - 5 times

7) release the jack

8) remove jack and tighten the nuts by spanner - 5 times

Correct me if i m wrong coz i never change tyre before coz i m AA member.
