Stone chipped mark - SM

Recommended Posts

I thought I should share a gem I discovered recently.

I am very fussy when it comes to my car’s paintwork. Recently, I managed to get 2 small paint chipped on the bonnet near the MB badge and it is deep. I hated it and I cant repair it. I cant make it smooth. Most workshops told me that I need to spray the whole bonnet and the price ranges from $300 to $500. When I took my car to SM paint they told me that I don’t have to spray the whole bonnet and they can do a localize repair. A localize repair on the bonnet? An uphill task and a very pleasant surprise but they did it. I sent my car straight to Amazing Glaze to redo the PPS on the bonnet straight after the repair and was told by the staff in AG that the repair work was very well done and it didn’t cost me a bomb. The person-in-charged in SM is a guy call Darren. I will recommend this workshop for ppl who want to do localize repair.

Interesting!!

Ya, address, and contact numbers, pls!

what is ur damage and how long it take?

Damage on my car is only 2 stone chip but its deep. Only took his workshop a day to fix but i sent my car down at 9am and got it back in the evening about 1730. I can take a pic of my car bonnet but you won't find anything on it anymore.

Also our mb white is a bit yellowish not easy to find workshop willing to do part repair.

Strange , i also kanna at the same area . Whats the cost of such a spray ? . mine's a single chip off….so far. haha

I think the cost is about the same. If i am not wrong he charged by the mini amount of area he needs to spray. Give him a call make reference to a white c class he repaired recently if you want. Maybe do a group repair from sgmerc and try to get a better price?

Make reference to me so that next time when i go back i also get a good price?
