hi all i just bought a pre-owned 1years E250 convertible. The car had some squeaking sounds from convertible roof when going pass hump n on unbalance road. the sound wil come out awhile then goes off. anyone can help as i went to workshop they say is a common problem for this model. thks alot

Krytox a Dupont product might be your solution. Otherwise I generally feel any convertible might have this issue after sometime...

One of the member had this problem on his PI E cabrio. Changed suspension and problem resolve, yr ride is from PI too?

yes mine is from PI. i just change the 2 front suspension to brand new but the problem stil resume.

Mine squeaks every now and then as well but I see as the topless experience (according to Mr Ruth). You certainly cannot experience such symphony in a normal car. Hahaha...
