Yup got to be earned. u got to send your mileage to the official mb dealer n they would send it to u after they check your mileage. This is in the US. dont know if our local cycle n carriage does that. would be great if i could get a 300,000 one. my mileage abt 350k already. here's how the new generation one looks like.

Was just chatting with a cabby the other day. He was telling me he travels an average of about 500kms in a single shift so with 2 shifts in a single working day, a cab would travel an average of about 1000kms a day. Multipiy that by 365 days and you have around 365,000kms in total. By the time they are exported to places like Batam or India, they would have travelled close to 1,600,000 kms!

I salute the cabbys! :iconsalut:

I do know someone own 2 of this 500,000 km badges, but dont think you be able to get it with less than $9,999 . Heard it was well kept with the certicate and many others stuff,And it need to be the first owner to register to qualify if i am not wrong.

Will someone pay more than $10,000 to keep this???
