Back row middle seat belt missing.

No buckle but there is an outlet on top of the back seat look like the outlet for seat belt.

I think the pervious owner had removed them.

There must a reason for it's absence. Nobody in the right mind will want to remove a seat belt as it's not easy to dismantle the whole assembly . Just don't use it lor.

I believe some body works was done there before...any history of accident?

No history of accident. Tested by STA with overall grading B.

Body shop report: within acceptable tolerance

Went to workshop and the mechanic open up the back row seat and notice that the seat belt was cut by the previous owner.

Was shock to see that. Why would one cut the seat belt. Maybe the ex owner is a member of this forum can enlight me on this.
