CnC also told me that and it is stupid Just download myC&C app and book your OBU installation date. Very fast and convenient. -

Called CC for OBU appointment n were told all full for next few months etc and can only put waitlist. -

so till now no solution for this? cause having moisture in the car is really not a good idea, although this issue has been around for quite sometime,blowing out hot air and cause internal fogging is kind of rare and till now only my car experiencing this until i came across this forum -

This is a standard feature if not wrong. When rain and park outdoor the car after switch off will regulate the cabin temperature. Not sure if by design to keep the cabin “warm” for winter countries or maybe to “dry” the aircon vent to prevent mould. I recall Tesla also have similar feature. -

Hi, Any merc owner have install your OBU at CnC or other workshop? Did you place it at the standard place per LTA recommendation or you repositioned the display elsewhere. -
