Sensor lock faulty

Has anyone had similar problem before?

1 of the 4 door handle sensor lock cannot lock/unlock. I checked the manual child lock mechanism, not related.

Called C&C but dont get any good suggestion.

Either the sensor is bad or could there be some setting i need to try?

aiya, just sent for servicing few days ago, really dont feel like going back so soon again.
