Need help with setting the time on my Blackvue DR400G

Have been trying to set the correct time zone using the provided software but it keeps defaulting to Europe/Dublin.

Anyone have got the same issue?

Bro, I encountered the same problem as you previously with the time zone defaulting to Europe though I saved the correct option. Eventually found out that the card reader that came with the package had a catch that caused the sd card to be read-only. Move the catch and the settings can be saved...

My issue seemed to be related to the firmware. Done the update and used the provided time setting application. It's showing the correct time now.

I finally encountered the much publicized overheating issue yesterday when i parked in an open carpark in the blazing sun. The unit prompted me to reinsert the SD card. It was fine after that
