Need advice on Traffic flow during peak hour

Bros,

Need some traffic assistance during morning peak hour from North to Marina to Changi Business Park.

I have plan to use CTE to start with my journey, No concern on the ERP & Pertol usage. I just worry about the peak hour Jam.

Following are some road guidance need you guys for help.

Rating:

0-peace no car can travel 110km/hr (like Sunday morning)

1-easy traffic can travel 90km on lane 1

2-moderate car on road

3-steady with slow moving vehicle travel speed 60km/hr (kuku driver turn in & out)

4-Sure get angry during travel.

5-Take leave & stay home

Start Time: 07:30

1. Set off from Yishun Lentor to CTE: ???

2. Reach CTE AMK area: ???

3. CTE breddell to Haveklock exist: ????

4. Havelock exist to junction @ Ocean Financial Centre: ???

5. Shenton way turn to Asia Square: ???

6. From Asia Sq to ECP to Changi Business Park:. ???

may not be 100% coz i only drive from east coast-ecp-tpe-sle-yio chu kang-cte-different places on most days~
