cost of sound proofing w204 wheel arcs

Hi i am a newbie towards this forum. I will like to check out what is the price for adding on additional sound proofing for the front and rear wheel arc. Cause i feel like dampening more road noise on my c180k. Thx to all the bros here who can help me out.

The cost would very much be determined by the number of sound mats that are required and also the thickness of the mats itself. I believe the cost is around $200+ if you plan to use Dynamat. There are few other brands out there. If you are adventurous, you can DIY as well. There is another 2 brands u can consider,Stinger & Aurix.

From my experience, doing the fender areas will not reduce noise much.

Better tires would help more with road noise.

Doing the doors with 2 layers would reduce traffic noise.

I strongly encourage Dynamat Extreme. Its much lighter.

Oh i see. My previous ride i did the front fenders on a toyota camry which cost me about 180 bucks . That y i am just wonder what is the average cost for my new ride c180k.cause this time i will do the up all e fenders. In my opinion, i felt that by adding them, the road noise reduce greatly at higher speed. As i tend to use the highway offten.

I did the wheel arcs only (front) should have done the floor pan which is better.

Noise wise reduce by a bit cause i use hankook tires for the front. Pirelli tires are noisy and less grippy on wets
