Speedometer shows "Service B, due 3,208km"

- What is "Service B" ? What are the typical "wear & tear" items to be changed ?

- Must go back to C&C ? or MBM or Star Black can take care of it ?

- This is a year 2006, W211. How much is the typical range of cost ?

Year 2006, it is ~82,000km now, "Service B" dues at ~86,000km.

Is "Service B" = Lube Oil + Oil Filter change only ? Or more works needed to be done ?

Nothing wrong with the car, brake pads are fine too.

The "A" service is typically the oil/filter change and checking/topping off the fluids under the hood. Some other checks are also done.

The "B" service is the "A" service with a dozen more inspections throughout the car.
