my MB invoice says 527 COMAND

Bro, sorry for the confusion. My original package came with a free Garmin GPS.

When I top-up to upgrade to COMAND Online, SE took out the free Garmin GPS.

Home Minister was asking me how come they remove the Garmin GPS since it was given and we in fact had to paid for the COMAND.

I got the Garmin GPS as a freebie too before I top up for Command. My Garmin GPS is still there as a freebie in the new agreement. There is no reason why the Garmin is taken from you because you top up $3000 for the command unless your top up is less than $3000 (ie $3000- $xxx (price of Garmin)). If this is not that case, get your SE to reinstate this back.
