Navigation volume on E230 W211

I am not sure if anyone experienced this before but after I got my car back from servicing with C&C, the navigation voice has gone to a whisper. Can hardly hear it now. I have gone into the setup to adjust the volume but it has not worked. Mine is a COMAND APS (i think).

Any suggestions?

Just press the volume under the navigation menu of your Comand and you can adjust thr volume .

I did but it does not seem to change. it is at maximum now.

Next time when the voice from the Navi starts, press the + button on your steering wheel!

Don't need bring back to CC, you can adjust the navi volume up & down as per you desire.

When the moment you heard the voice, quickly press the volume + or - on the steering to adjust navi volume louder or softer. Be fast, or else will become adjusting the radio or CD volume.
