Rear Speakers

Hi, i'm a newbie here.. some questions to ask....

I just collected my new C180 few weeks ago and realised that the car only comes with 4 speakers (ie- one on each door). However, i saw that there are ready bracket and speaker cover (so to speak) at the back of the rear seats.

1. May i say that all i need is to purchase the rear speakers and can just screw them on the bracket?

2. is there a need to run wiring from the dashboard all the way to the rear?

3. for the rear, should i buy those 3 way speaker or just the base type only?

I'm actually quite relutant to tear open the dash board for the wiring... you know... new car, sure feel the pinch when being tear open..

kindly advise.

i believe w204 (c-class) should have 8 speakers, the 4 you see at the doors and 2 tweeters at A-pillar and 2 at the rear door handles (i think) :whistle:

Yes, u are right... i didn't include the 4 tweeter.
