Apparently the SUV hit the kerb before flipping over. According to the law of physics, any vehicle will flip over if it hits the kerb at high speed on the side, whether there's ESP or not.

that is true... however, i experienced hitting the kerb once in the past... don't know how but the car didn't flip... it was in the air though... and when it hit the ground, my engine was dislodged... car ended up facing oncoming traffic in the other direction... :shocked:
