Hi bro,

That's my point to the claim agent. Is cnc doing enough for their customer? Told him even if the third party insurer only offered me a jap car cnc should offer to top up the difference n give me a merc from their fleet as I am their customer n they are charging 3-4k for a bumper. The agent told me they cnc earn a little only. That make me lol. I seriously think it's him tat dun want to arrange for me a merc rather than cannot. Taking the easy way out thinking I am just a young chap that got into trouble with dad's car.

I think after taking my car better check properly. Anything not done properly going to open him liao. No more giving face. Enough is enough.

Lol

Hi.. i am sorry about your car and experience at C&C Pandan Loop. Care to share the name of the person who served you at C&C Pandan Loop? As i understand, not everyone at C&C are bad.

I would like to share my good experience at Pandan Loop. Not sure if i should mention names, but the guy who served me last year when i had a 50/50 accident with a taxi was fantastic. His initial is AQ btw. PM me if you want to know his name. Not sure if he is still there.

As mentioned, i thought it was a 50/50 case because accident involved side-side. And i dont intend to claim my insurance, so asked him to try to get the cost down and i pay myself. While having to worry about the taxi claiming me. But he gave me some advise and told me that i can claim 100% as taxi was at fault... sighting some similar case at similar spot he has at hand where his other client in S class got 100% from another taxi. Also he referred me to their lawyers to help me fight the case. I paid for the whole repair cost myself (come up to about $9k incl Jap replacement car), and made the claim through their lawyer (which i also happen to know them). One year later, and i managed to get 80% claim. Tho not 100%, i am happy i got back 80% and no loss of NCD.

True, driving the Jap car for 4-5 days was a little bit unbearable. But it made me appreciate my car more when i got it back.

Look for the right person... contact their boss, initial - PT. Maybe you will get what you want.

Unker stupid lah! Not enough sleep still follow frens go smlc tree top walk.

Car is high forgot to see a steel pole on the left side of the parking lot when cumming out of the parking lot.

Crashed the Left side - side step & dented the rear fender.

Not claiming insurance! No time for them!

Maybe should buy ins premium for 3rd party, fire & theft only!

Appointment there tmr for the repairs & for an appt. made earlier to do some retrofit.

They have repaired paint work & dents for my previous 2 cars and the jobs were excellent!

Hope it will turn out to be a pleasant experience!

BTW for the retrofit, initial uninformed guy told me not possible.

Then I send my regards to him & came back to say yes it's possible.

Quoted me $8k for the retrofit! I send my regards again & the final price was >50% off.

wa... uncle power! can drop 50% next time i ask u go with me liao:bounce: than i treat u 10% better

No NCD penatly for your case is a norm bcoz you are paying for the repair cost.

However, if your insurance agent claims against the 3rd party & you agreed to claims less than 100% of the repair cost, you thought is the done deal?? No!!! Your insurance agent will claims against you wiithout your knowledge through your NCD. You only find out when you renew your insurance with them next year. Inshort, claims 100% for all cost not even a cent lesser. Else your NCD will be deducted!! How I know??? Ouch!!! :)

No lah! They explained they initially "miscalculated the installation labour hours"

All is well now and clarified! I am happy! :hand:

Had a pleasant experience with the SA at Pandan Loop this morning when I sent in my ride.

They were professional, attentive & advised me clearly on the repairs.

Now I look forward to them restoring my ride back to a flawless beauty!

hi bro,

No lah better dun mention names lah. But as I say he is the most senior guy there in the dept.

Anyway I got back my car already. Was like new again.

So happy.

But again prior to taking car I received a call from him telling me that my alignment is ok but car leaning to left when hands off.

And they dun have stock for the chrome lining for the bumper n need to order n wait for 2-3weeks. Asking me to drive ard without it. Then when I ask how come can no stock. Can buy from other local supplier? Then he call me back and say got another car not so rush let me use the parts first. Lol

Cheers!!!

yeah, i understand your feelings bro...

I had a similar experience on my previous car.. my Colt turbo...

I just had my car for 10 days, and just changed my intercooler and exhaust...

and it was the first day of work for year 2009.... and around 720am on my way to work... i was at a huge t junction just 500m away from my house, and i was about to turn right..

red light green arrow appears, i drove out.. slowly...

when i drove out, i saw a toyota vios just beside me. distance was about 2 arms length away. activated turbo... but could not "siam" in time....

Next moment you heard a loud "BOOM" and my whole world started to spin....

My car spun for about 3-4 rounds and after all the spinning, i opened my eyes... yeah i actually closed my eyes when my car spun... I alighted the car, legs slightly wobbily, heart beating very fast and noticed that my car was facing the flow of direction...

I walked to the toyota vios to check on the driver.... The driver was a young lady whom had just passed her license not long ago. (just 8 months) after deducing that she is ok. i walked back to my car to assess the damages. the rear left passenger wheel was knocked and it was horizontal.. my fuel cap lid was nowhere to be found. fender was like a crumpled piece of paper... and the door was messy... windows was shattered and gone with the wind...

walked back to assess the damages of the toyota vios. her windscreen was gone. airbag came out.. white smoke was emerging from interior... bumper was definitely gone... and radiator was bended... bumper apparently fell to the floor...

did all the necessary procedures and car was towed back to insurance authorised workshop. after 10 working days. collected my car back and it was like brand new.. but inside my heart... i know that deifintely something will be wrong with the "chia ka" that what happened to my next accident... this time it is more worse...

From the experience. i never drove fast anymore... because u will never know even if u drive safely... some kukus out there will still bang you... and i lose the insurance claim case as i was the "turning" party and the negligent one...

IMHO! Next time when your car spin or slide, dun close your eyes!

Try to steer your steering to the direction of slide/spin and at the same time try modulate your brakes to bring the car to a stop.

U never know - at least nowadays we got ABS - previously quite common to see car slide due to aqua-planning.

I kenna once and got the car out without any damage on a very wet day and with a punctured tyre

BTW Your car out from CnC?

Sent my in last Wed and I will be getting mine back this week after repairs & retrofitting RSE!

Looking forward to bring my darling home! :becky:
