Light switch illuminated or not?

Hi, just got a used B; noticed that the light switch (dial) positions don't light up at night, only the 'pointer' on the dial does, so i've got no idea which light switch mode i'm in... the dealer told me that that's how it is on the B-class.. strange that MB would omit something like this.. or was my dealer lying?!

Your dealer not lying...My Bee also the same. Hope the New 2012 B has this improved. Btw, you can try checking with some of our site sponsor, see if they have anything that can solve your problem.

Can add lighting I don't see is an problem. Got to ask around if interested bro.

Yes my previous ride also dun hv light at the key-hole area. Went to a workshop in Serangoon, 15mins and $25, added a ring-light around the key-hole. :bounce:
