Yes. I have mine done. In hot sun, I can even open the shade & yet feel cool. But the bright sunlight does irritate the eyes, so I usually close it.

anyone else beside jtang who put solar film on panoromic roof?

i dont quite trust the guys doing solar film on panoromic roof, looks like they most likley while doing will cause quite a crease on your seats!

Just did mine a week ago at Cool n Lite. Mine was all good cos they really have to sit and do it in the car. Film was cut from the top though.

for the roof, u mean they cut outside the measurement and then paste inside right?

i did mine (solar file on top glass) when i had my e90.

i think it helped to "cool down" alot.

mine was with cool n lite too.

It was good. Initially bound to have some air bubbles but after a few days of soaking in the sun, all is good. Yes, they measure from outside and cut it from the pana roof (I was skeptical at first when I saw them run the pen knife across the glass panel, but what they heck, they are the professional!) and paste from the inside. Talk to them first lor and you'll understand more clearly.
