I guess any VCD or DVD should be able to play!

This morning 1st time I popped in a $1.20 Music Video CDRom VCD and it plays! :becky:

So far all DVDs I throw at the Comand it plays without zone restriction!

Not too sure whether they were format i.e PAL or NTSC though.

For more details about DVD Video format pls read Pg 131 & 132 of your Comand ntg 2.5 manual

or Pg 133 & Pg 144 for your Comand NTG 4 manual

Comand NTG2.5 is able to do the video playback from iPod but you have to install the UCI (Universal Communication Interface) + MIP (Media Plus Interace) + MIP Video Cable. However, you can either choose Video Aux for video playback via iPod or hook up a backup camera as Comand has got only one video input .

Cheers, Ricky
