Exhaust Pipes on E-class W212

Presently, I am driving the W212 E250 and it has one oval exhaust pipe. My previous E200 Kompressor has two oval exhaust pipes, one of which was just attached to the other side to make it looked more sporty. Did anyone of you have another exhaust pipe attached to your W212 E-class? :becky: So far, only the E300 and E350 have two oval exhaust pipes

my E250 cabriolet avant-garde is also single exhaust only. but i went to Sonic Racing to purchase two AMG chrome exhaust tips, one to cover over the original one. another to be welded on the right side, so to have two exhaust :P

You would need to cut into the bumper to install the other exhaust pipe right? :becky:

Your other exhaust pipe actually connected to the main exhaust and not just welded into it?

Yes, need to cut but good workmanship made it hard to tell the difference.

Mine is avant-garde spec with rear diffuser looking bumper. It was done within 2hours.

my rear bumper looks like this, stock is 1 exhaust on the left.

after welding a fake exhaust on the right, it looks exactly like the photo.

i dont know if thats what people call a rear diffuser, pardon me :hand:

Based on the photo, I think the bumper of the E250 sedan looks a bit different from yours . Your E-cab's bumper will be able to fit the other exhaust pipe nicely :becky:

For See&See cabrio E200 comes with the above rear diffuser only. The E250 model onwards doesn't comes with it. I prefer this diffuser as it looks more sporty. Yes, u can cut a hole & slot in a dummy tailpipe.
