Hi would like to share with all bro/sis here ....if there is an issue with your ride and please call star black first before you commit. I saved 3k just by calling them.....powerful fast service. Constantly updating the job on your ride and even offer to fetch me when it's not on time. We are paying a good price with super and better service then the big guys....will call them again if I have any issue or service....

Hi guys it was for the aircon issue.....it was not blow cold air as what it suppose to do....after going to our beloved agent....it says its the compressor issue......thus after sending $80 delivery charges with a quote of 3.5k plus 400 installation.....i tell them its ok....so i called our DarkAv from starblack. I gave them the go ahead eventhough i had not deal with them before but everyone must be given a chance to proof their worth....i made the right decision.....now i am will be sending my c200 to them eventhough i still have the credits left........cya C&C thats the last time i am buying from the agent.

Ok tell us how much u saved & the parts that hv been changed? I m kinda lost here. For yr infro, u needs to change compressor together with fan coil etc as set.

it is always good to have an option.I found a merc specialist in jb and am very satisfied with his knowledge and service.he has all dignostics done and i pay a fraction of what c/c will charge.all computer checks done whenever i service my car and it's just 10 minutes from causeway.once warranty over,many shun cycle because of high cost.

Hi bro, as determined by fault codes shown in diagnostic kit (and after testing of refrigerant & pressure), the problem appeared to be on the compressor. Fault codes were resolved after compressor was changed but problem resides... then a series of troubleshooting process was conducted... testing of individual spares in the aircon system, checking connectors, refrigerant, pressure and even ecu. Finally, the problem was rectified when our STAR BLACK team found out that the valve was malfunctioning.

It was a challenging process whereby we can simple advise kinky to change the whole a/c system (which most workshops will do) in the first place. However, it has been our philosophy to keep our customers' interest at heart. Thus, going an extra mile to get the problem solved at minimal expense on our customers has been our STAR BLACK way of conducting biz :thumb:
