Problems with the reverse Camera

I believe the current Audio 20 has an input for RC. U will get "distance guiding lines" if U instal the oem MB RC.

IMHO

$1600 should be able to get U after mkt Multi Media Interface, reverse cam with parking guiding lines and most probably Garmin GVN53 GPS too all on your Audio 20 LCD screen!

So for Bro lightning, throw away the box, redo your windscreen tinting if necessary, keep your RC and buy aft mkt MMI with Garmin as option 1.

Option 2

If current Audio 20 has RC input, buy oem MB RC and instal.

(This one U can see Bro Camber53), remove boxed lcd and redo windscreen tinting if necessary.

Next Q or comments pls.....muhahaha!

My SE said the same thing. They only provide the box type (thanks for the pic Lightning), to connect to audio 20, it's an external job, Need to pay. Are u sure C&C can provide the connection to audio20 for the new cars ?

If the current Audio 20 has an input for RC, it's best to buy an original MB RC cos it has parking distance guide line.

U need to instal the RC at the back, run the wires all the way to the Audio 20 in the front.

Off course U need to remove the Audio 20 HU.

It takes less than a minute if U have the right tool.

Bro Camber53 has dosne the original RC for his COMMAND NTG4.

Should be the same if the Audio 20 has the RC input.

Thanks Mod K. Does that mean that its preferable to have the OEM RC installed by C&C, together with the box, then retrofit connection to the audio20 outside ? A bit LPPL leh.

The "boxed LCD/RC" from C & C is not using OEM MB RC

but an after mkt RC with boxed LCD outsourced by C & C to Tomo CSE.

If U dun like it, dun get C&C to install.

U can buy the OEM RC outside C&C.

U can chk this mod with BroCamber53.

He can take a look at your Audio 20 to see if there's an input for OEM RC.

Only dunno whether he wanna to help!
