For a peace of mind driving into M'sia, I always recommend that you install the GPS device called Car Track. Whenever I"m in M'sia, I'll call the tracking center in S'pore to monitor my car that's parked in shopping centre or overnight parking in the hotel. The moment the car is moved a mere 3m, the tracking centre will be activated. I'll receive a call immediately to verify the situation, & if it's indeed stolen the centre will call the police with location details. All you need to do is wait & collect the vehicle when it's recovered. Btw, they have a 100% recovery rate. All these for a small fee of $10 every time you use this service. The other advantage is that should your car break down in some ulu place in M'sia, the call centre can send for help without you breaking a sweat. I have used this for the last 7 years, transferred the GPS device every time I change cars. Call Car Track at 68488435..look for Mr Leong.

It's an added insurance for a peace of mind lah. If you value your merc , it's a small sum to pay. The device is yours to keep, I have transferred it several times already.

Yap agreed but I hardly drive in, so is not necessary. I thought $10 is e deal freaking cheap!!

Me hardly go in also. More scared of kena robbed or killed rather than car kena stolen. So 'mai' for me as well. If really kena stolen than got good excuse to change ride mah!

Anyway, this car track thingy looks good for those people that chiong there regularly. 'Small' price to pay for the peace of mind.
