C mode or S mode

Hi,

Just got my car. Is it neccessary to drive in the C mode to run in the engine. I understand that it is not neccessary for newer engine.

Do you prefer to drive in the S or C mode for the w204, it seems not so repsonsive in the C mode.

It came with S mode on but I prefer to set C mode for now to let it settle in first. Maybe up to 1500km but if you drive normally and don't strain the engine I guess either mode is alright during the run in period.
