It happened sometimes to my previous Q5 too.

Maybe try re-pairing your phone again!

BTW , did you PM me I did not rec... anyway I do not have the full questions from you and can only assume your ride is a MERC and you are either having Audio20 or Audio50 and Comand APS (pls. note that it is not suitable for cars with Comand APS NTG 2.5 , the one with the SD card slot) if you are having any of the three above than it is possible.. pls. read the thread above and you probably needs to do coding for your car... and pls see link below for Ficson BT
