Gear Shift Knob for my W140 (1993)

Hi All, Appreciate advise on where can I buy the original new type of Gear Shift knob (those found on the current model) with the Mercs logo for my W140 (not sure if it fits) in Singapore. I check with Tyre Soon and other auto shops in waterloo area but unable to source for one. Thanks in advance. Cheers Sunny
