Last I heard,

1) MBM Wheel Power with theirs ties to KBS - did I get it right?

2) Wee Heng (@ Enuos) with Benzline <- I prefer here, more friendly and more attentive.

Can do the complete conversion for $8k. Hmm... but I don't recall that the fog lights were LED in any of the face lifted W211. Otherwise, quite doable. The front grill wise, you might have to change the whole bumper (can fit) to get the forward V-shape. The back is pretty easy as it is already pretty similar.

These are the obvious parts that needs to chg :

1) Grilles

2) bumper (frt and bk)

3) bonnet (think original is made of aluminium)

4) headlights

5) rear bonnet garnish (for complete FL w211 look)

6) front bumper fog-light

....... think the total cost will be some S$8K++

Better off buying a FL w211.... i think.

Just Rear light is simple - think Mcwell got it....LED somemore.

As for the rear bonnet, there is a simple solution :

For the front light you can use this :
