Crumbling Plastic on Air Con Knob

WTF plastic ring surrounding my air con temp controller crumbling apart this morning and left ugly rough surface. Sent my car to Ubi service center for inspection, photo taken and claim will be raised then they will inform me the decision. Quite sad my car is only 11 months old, now I am really worry about the plastic quality they use on B Klasse.

Totally understand how u feel. We all here 'sayang' our car very much and do not want to see all these happen as we all have paid so much for our cars. Hope you'll get a favourable answer from them that is to replace it for you at their cost.

Still can't get satifactory answer from C&C and the damage is progressing another piece of plastic fall off. Damn siao.....

Continue to haunt them on the problem. I truly believe a car of this make should have quality parts installed and not any cheapo cost cutting parts installed.

Sorry for not replying earlier....

Problem solved by C&C by replacing damaged part but not without dropping bombshell at Daimler South East Asia.
