W212 - DRL & fog lights question

The W212 E200s (Elegance models) in singapore are fitted with fog lights - the single ones, whereas the European models come with DRL and fog lights (twin round ones). Is is possible to convert the local ones to the twin round ones? Anyone doing it?

Or can the advantgard LED DRL lights be fitted instead?

Why don't you just get Avantgarde?

That would be the most logical option. But there are constraints in my case and the Elegance was the only one I could take. :-)

anyone can recommend a workshop with good understanding of STAR diagnostics to program this feature? (assuming that I can get all the peripheral equipment installed).
