noisy scrapping wipers

Note sure if anyone here has a solution to this? :iconsalut: Is it 'normal' to have noisy wipers for MB C class? ??? :-\ Very disappointed for MB to have such quality. Made an feedback once when I sent in my car but still same (not sure if anything was done to rectify it) :'(

I have not apply anything on my windscreen. The wiper do not wipe smoothly, it make loud rubbing noise due to it friction on the windscreen despite raining moderately. Only when it reaches higher wiping speed its friction reduces (still gives the noise - gruup;;;; grurrp;;

I am tempted to change it to silicon type? Knows how much and where to get them? :iconsalut:

This is a problem on all cars, just change the wiper blade.

just change the wipers and pls do not use RainX on it cos that will make the wiper blades to harden
