According to MBworld, shuddering of w211's front wheel brakes is a known issue and is addressed by a service bulletin. see here for more info - http://www.mbworld.org/forums/mercedes-tech-talk/55117-brake-pedal-vibration-w211.html

My car has the problem, i am sure others have experienced this as well. Will C&C take care of this with or without warranty?

thought i'd give an update on this...

c&c can dampen the vibration according to the service bulletin. at a cost that is. you will have to spend over $600 for parts and labor but the result is pretty good.

nb, as if paying for a car with a vibrating brake pedal is part of our "free gifts" that come with the merc. its their rotten technology that gave this problem and their cost cutting measures that resulted in under testing which produces such an issue...

if it can be fixed, it should be given free of charge..

first class for cars, 2nd class for buyers as usual...

agree. c&c tried to give me the spiel of how it is 'normal' for the brakes to vibrate this way. (not even motorcycle brakes operate this way!) it is pure bull but this is not the first time an AD or the manufacturer screws with local customers.
