Help!! Lost my W211 remote! Need advice for replacement...

Hi guys,

My W211 came with 2 sets of car remotes and unfortunately I've misplaced one of them. I need to get a replacement key and was considering getting from C&C, but now thinking twice since it costs SGD 800...

As a cheaper alternative, I understand that I can get a key housing from ebay but where can i get the internal stuff, like the transponder chip and yadda yadda, and who can program this for me? Any idea which shop in singapore can help me out, and whats the cost like? Hope that someone out there who's been through the same situation can help me out...

ohhhh... i dun think this latest gen merc keys can be duplicated so easily...

u might have to part with that cash or sacrifice convenience...

any bros or sis here can help?

There's a big key shop at Toh Guan Centre, a few shops away from First Auto Ventures (Zaino), shop name is Soxxi or something like that. Maybe you can check with them, they look quite 'big time' to me.
