thanks a lot man!!! i had a small problem with my SLK. i see an orange light shown up above the handbrake light. it looks like a bulb with an "!" symbol in it. care to enlight wad does tt mean? i duno how to upload pic here thank!

I had that same problem... :) looks quite scary right? :)

that's the warning sign that your ESP is off. To get rid of the sign, just turn on ESP. Button to do that is above the air con controls

:) no leh - the light doesn't indicate that ESP is being activated. Just that you pressed the button to turn the feature off. Having said that - I wonder what lights up when u really are driving fast enought to trigger the ESP?

esp? but i dun drive fast oso. is it internally problem? i only saw it when i reach my destination, is a bulb inside "!" sign. no triangle with "!" sign inside. Sorry not used to short forms, care to elaborate wad ESP stands for?[img][img][/img][/img]

Hell I dunno, isn't that the handbrake sign? I've no idea what ESP stands for really, Extra Sensory Perception haha! But it's basically the electronic traction control that kicks in the moment your car starts to lose traction. Turning it "off" in a merc just dials it back a tiny bit, but I'd say it's still 60% on.

can they be trusted to charge reasonably?
