hi,

thinking of getting a c200

read that C&C no more C180? only the blue efficiency which is a 1.6L?

anyone has spoken to any C&C SE lately and know the updated pricing? not the list price

might consider a used C180 too, if no more new units

also, what are the main differences between the C180 and C200?

1. memory seats

2. HIDs?

3. Factory fitted reverse sensors? (does the C200 have front sensors?)

4. what else?

TIA :punk1:

Hi man

C180s are still being sold. However it is the new MY09 model with 1.6L and 156BHP Kompressor Engine. Compared to the previous 1.8L engine some bros here say that need to press abit more but could be psychological thing la. Go test drive. Cheers ^^

also, what are the main differences between the C180 and C200?

1. memory seats - passengers and driver memory package with the electronic steering wheel adjustment.

2. HIDs? - no HID's for C200

3. Factory fitted reverse sensors? (does the C200 have front sensors?) - Parktronic system, rear 4 sensor and 6 sensor in front

4. what else? - much much more power... :)

Do some search in the forum, many brothers regretted getting the C180...

PS: i also regretted getting the C200... should have gone for C280 instead... :evlaugh:

i drive a c180 1.8L and had a loan car which is a C200 for a week.

To me, i do not feel the need for the slight increase of power. But the memory seats and front sensors do come in handy. If my pocket permits, of course i would like to get the top range c class!! else, i am quite happy with my c180. Haven't tried the 1.6L c180 yet though

hahhaa, thanks

will go no more than a C200. pockets just aint deep enough

i am surprised that even the C200 doesnt come with xenons/HIDs, considering that even camrys and civics do spot them. wow....

i understand that C&C are still selling the C180s, but what I am asking is, do they still sell the 1.8L C180s? i heard not.

so other than,

1. memory seat package

2. more power

3. parktronic

there's not much difference between the 180 and 200 yeah?

and also, what are the nett prices (after all the discounts, excluding cash rebate) that C&C is calling for?

I tested both the C180 (BE) and th C200 before settling on the C200. A lot depends on how sensitive you are to noise etc. The C180 revs at about 3-4k when cruising at 90 km/h. The C200 revs at about 2k+. The additional engine noise can get to you if you are the sort who likes peace and quiet when driving :-)

Any problem buying from PI vs AD C200 ?

Thought of getting one but also monitoring A4 and Volvo and possibly BMW very closely.... to see which got better value...
